End of an Era - Donnie Smith and Terry Tinnell

During the first season of Murder Comes to Town, "End of an Era" is the story of the murder of Harvey Fuson. The convicted killer was Donnie Smith. Harvey's daughter, Terry Tinnell, responded publicly to Mr. Smith's guilty plea. His daughter said he was the kind of man who would help anyone and the community has asked the family to reopen their store.

Donnie Smith is currently incarcerated in the state of Tennessee after pleading guilty. He was sentenced to 45 years.
